Plusy: Bardzo ładna kamienica, blisko centrum (10 minut pieszo na Dworzec Centralny). Samo mieszkanie zadbane i przestrzenne, czuć klimat miejsca (w przeciwieństwie do innych apartamentów w stylu IKEA)

BARDZO POLECAM!!
Plusy: Wszystko na plus lokalizacja, kamienica a przede wszystkim wyposażenie pokoju. Wszystko jest zgodne z opisem. Kontakt w razie kłopotu - niezawodny. Czysto i przytulnie miejsce naprawdę godne polecenia. Na pewno wrócimy i będziemy polecać każdemu!
Minusy: Booking w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji wyświetlił nam że klucze są do odebrania w innym miejscu, okazało się że jednak czekają przy mieszkaniu. Z góry zakładam że to błąd booking a nie właściciela.

Very clean, spacious; and beautiful area! Bit far from city centre and wifi was a bit poor.
Plusy: Super clean, super easy to access, really roomy and just overall comfortable and quite big accommodation! I really, really liked it and have recommended it to my friends as well! Very worth it.
Minusy: Location was a little bit far from the city (but ok, I think I'm making a comparison to another place in Warsaw I stayed at the previous time), and the wifi was really bad! I had to have several work calls while there and resorted to using my own 5G because the wifi was really poor. A real shame.

Really good accommodation for affordable price.
Plusy: The location is perfect for, just 10 min walk from Warsaw Central. The apartment is very spacious, especially for one person and has all necessary equipment like washing machine, microwave, kitchen stove, etc. The communication was also really good and informative. The only issue I had was related with the entering the building for the first time - the code provided in instructions was looking like “0 XXXX”, but I was not able to understand the 0 was used to enter the intercom 😅, so instead of using “XXXX” I was try to use 0XXXX”. But the problem was solved very quickly, after I called the property, so in the conclusion I can say that it was an amazing stay here and I can recommend it to anyone!

Plusy: The flat was really nice, clean, and in a great location. The kitchen and the bathroom were equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was good. We got all instructions/guidance how to get to the building and the flat. The pictures of this property accurate 100%, We highly recommend this offer if you wish to stay in a clean, modern, quite place in the center of Warsaw.

Plusy: The location is perfect - not far from the center, quite place, has some very nice bakery and grocery store. I am addicted to nice details in the interior - i felt in love with the tiles on the walls and floor on the ground floor, the elevator, high ceilings and high windows, nice doors. The style of the building is really gorgeous. It was really unexpected, but nobody wake me up in the morning - very quiet, even that i slept with open windows.
Minusy: Some improvement can be made. I remarked on them, but they did not spoil the whole impression.

Plusy: Neat and functional apartment. It is ideal for two people. Peaceful place. There are mini markets nearby, one of which is open all night and is well supplied. The apartment is located 1 kilometer from the city center. If you need to, you can leave your suitcases at the agency's offices near the city center. Uber in Warsaw has more favorable prices, so the price from the airport to the apartment was 12.5e.
Minusy: The kitchen is tidy. It also has a microwave oven, a kettle, and a stove, but it is advisable to buy a roll of paper towels to maintain the kitchen utensils, as well as an additional roll of toilet paper, there is only one in the toilet.
