Plusy: Duża przestrzeń, bardzo dobre wyposażenie oraz bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Minusy: Nie mam uwag.

Plusy: Lokalizacja, spokój,cisza. Świetna restauracja na dole: azjatycka i gruzińska

Minusy: Nieposprzątany apartament, pełno kurzu, piasek na podłodze, brudne parapety, brudne naczynia w szafie kuchennej. 4 kieliszki w szafie a 5 gosci. 4 krzesła przy stole. Jedna łazienka to za mało.

Plusy: Bardzo fajne miejsce, lokalizacja świetna. Na kilka dni zwiedzania idealna jako punkt startowy. W mieszkaniu czysto, na miejscu wszystko co potrzebne ( ręczniki, suszarka, podstawowe naczynia, żelazko). W mieszkaniu mimo ze to centrum to bylo cicho i nie słychać ulicy. Bardzo polecam.

Ładny apartament, super lokalizacja

Plusy: Wielkość apartamentu, układ pokoi, garderoba, dwie łazienki, ciepłe kaloryfery (a za oknami było bardzo zimno), lokalizacja, wyczerpujące informacje od właściciela obiektu.

Minusy: Wąskie łóżka, kurz pod łóżkami, nieszczelne okno w małej sypialni od strony podwórka, zły stan rolet na oknach.

Świetna lokalizacja i komfort dla osób szukających noclegu w centrum.

Plusy: Z pewnością lokalizacja i wielkość mieszkania. Zdjęcia nie były przekłamane. Ważne, że była zmywarka i pralka. Cieplutko, łóżko wygodne.

Minusy: Po co dawać ekspres i pisać, że jest na wyposażeniu, skoro nie ma do niego kawy? Przy takiej kwocie zestaw kawowy i herbaciany jest już standardem wyposażenia... Mieszkanie nie było wysprzątane na błysk, dużo niedociągnięć.

Plusy: The apartment is very spacious and very nice. The location was perfect

Minusy: The apartment wasn't very clean. The table was sticky, and the floor wasn't clean from the previous guests as we found under the bed some kind of sauce. The apartment is perfect in any other way but you should pay more attention to the cleaning service.

Lovely spacious accommodation to match a lovely relaxed break, right in the centre of the city.

Plusy: I have been staying in this. Apartment for 6 years. It feels like my second home. It has almost everything I need. It is comfortable. It feels like a happy home and I am happy in it. It’s right in the centre of the city, but you can’t hear any outside noise at all unless you open a window.

Minusy: It scares me that the smoke detector is in the kitchen and has therefore prevented me from using the hob. Another thing is it would me nice to have a microwave. They are dirt cheap now but would be invaluable. Thirdly, the curtains in the lounge don’t fit.

Perfect location, but small details make the difference

Plusy: Location — excellent! The apartment is situated right in the heart of the city — within walking distance of the Old Town, the Palace of Culture, the Central Railway Station, and another train station nearby. Shops, restaurants, and dining venues are literally around the corner. Access is extremely convenient for tourists, and we had no issues whatsoever with the keys upon arrival.

Minusy: The apartment was not in perfectly clean condition upon our arrival, which left a not so great first impression. The supplies were minimal for a 4-night stay for two people. There is a shop nearby where we were able to get what we needed, but it would be more welcoming if the basic essentials were provided in advance. Overall the noise level was manageable, with the exception of one or two nights. Since the apartment is surrounded by restaurants on all sides, there was occasionally a smell of fried food drifting in. In the mornings, some unsavory individuals tend to gather in front of the building entrance, which may be uncomfortable, especially for more sensitive guests. The apartment has great potential thanks to its excellent location. With a little more attention to cleanliness and small details, this could easily become a top-rated place to stay.
