Plusy: Mieszkanko nieduże, ale na krótkie pobyt (Dwie noce) spełniło swój cel. Wyposażenie, umeblowanie itp. bez zastrzeżeń. Nie było większych problemów ze znalezieniem miejsca parkingowego..

Minusy: Trochę się naszukaliśmy adresu, ale to raczej wina google i może po części nasza...

Plusy: Stosunek jakości do ceny, czysto , spokojna okolica, jest parking pod samymi drzwiami nie wiem kto te durne komentarze daje że nie ma

Minusy: No brak windy bo miałem dużo bagaży i bark okien w korytarzu i na klatce , jak sąsiad zrobił rybę w pierwszym dzień to posmak na klatce został przez cały tydzień:)

Jak na Ursusie to chętnie w tym mieszkanku

Plusy: Ładne mieszkanie, w którym każdy miłośnik IKEI będzie się czuł jak w domu. Podstawowe wyposażenie, czysto, miło, roletki w oknach. No i kibelek usytuowany w taki sposób, że po pijaku można przyciąć komara opierając się o pralkę.

Minusy: Szafka na buty była tak ładnie wkomponowana w przedpokój, że zapomniałem gdzie sam dzień wcześniej zostawiłem buty. A! I nie podobało mi się, że dostawca pizzy zapomniał o sosie, więc naginał do auta z powrotem.
