Plusy: Bezobsługowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie, lokalizacja, kawa i herbata i inne udogodnienia w mieszkaniu, nowa i zadbana łazienka
Minusy: śmieci sąsiadów na wprost wrzwi wejściowych do mieszkania, słaba wentylacja, duszno w mieszkaniu (jest tylko jedno okno i wiatrak w żyrandolu)

Plusy: The location was great, with several restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It wasn't close to the old town center, but it was easy to get there by train since the station was within walking distance. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the price was reasonable.They also offer free luggage storage at their main office in the old town,which is a great option for guests. The location was easy to find using Google Maps, as the bus stop for getting to and from the airport was nearby.
Minusy: Initially, it was difficult to figure out which door was mine. After stepping off the elevator, I saw what looked like a main door and was hesitant to open it, thinking it might be another apartment. It turned out to be the main entrance, and my apartment was behind it. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. While they offered to repair it, I declined and just used the other sink instead. The shower is quite small, which might be difficult for a taller or larger person. The ceiling fan didn't provide enough airflow and was also noisy; the switch to turn it on and off was banging against the fan's body, which created a lot of noise. Despite these issues, the place was still okay, and I would recommend it.

Ideal base to explore Warsaw
Plusy: Great location for Warsaw Central station, bit of a walk to the Old Town but easily done. Apartment was as advertised. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Close to convenience stores etc. Would stay again.

Plusy: Зручне місцерозташування. Чиста постіль, для пару днів перебування в місті є все необхідне. Окрема подяка співробітнику, який допомагав при заселенні . Коли виникла проблема з інтернетом оперативно вирішили
Minusy: Балкон загальний , який на два помешкання на момент нашого проживання був завалений речами сусідів. Оминути балкон не можеш, бо вхід в квартиру через цей балкон

Plusy: Дуже близько до центру, то ж є можливість погуляти ,без затрат часу на добирання. До вокзалу Варшава Центральна 7 хв пішки. Навпроти класний супермаркет, поруч є ресторан української кухні , де готують смачні сніданки та обіди.
Minusy: В кімнаті бракує покривала на ліжко та рушника на кухні.

Plusy: Гарне розташування апартаментів. Невеличкі, проте достатньо для 3х осіб. Побутові прилади були наявні згідно опису. Чиста постіль, рушники. Апартаменти були готові раніше, тому нам пощастило заселитись раніше. Загальне враження позитивне.
Minusy: Заснути часто було важко через сусідів: десь є собака за стіною, в когось лунає гучно музика після 22.00, сусіди повертаються - бахкання дверима. Трішки ремонту не завадило б. Хоч постіль була чистою, одна підковдра була надірвана.

Location, location, location
Plusy: Excellent location in close proximity to groceries, canteens and restaurants, to the mall, central railway station and to everything you need. The apartment itself was well equipped, clean and neat, generally it was quiet there, no any street noise heard. No any problem with hosts, even a nice next stay discount came after our visit, which was really nice. Overall I could recommend it, the price/quiality ratio was fine, as for me.
Minusy: The apartment we were staying at shared a tiny balcony with a neighboring apartment and as it turned out the neighbors just love to spend time on the balcony. They didn't do anything wrong, just were present there right outside the window quite often, chatting, doing their own thing. Not such a real problem, but it was somehow uncomfortable, since we couldn't close the window (no AC, just a weak fan) and there were quite plenty of people just in the window during the day (not at night).
