Plusy: Bardzo ładne miejsce, świetna lokalizacja i stosunek ceny do jakości. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Generalnie czysto oprócz podłogi.

Minusy: Brudna podłoga, dużo kurzu, od razu po przyjedzie pierwsza rzeczą jaką musieliśmy zrobić było zamiatanie (odkurzacz co prawda był ale bardzo śmierdział). Dostarczone w pierwszy i ostatni dzień śniadanie było nieświeże i niestety wylądowało w koszu na śmieci.

Plusy: - świetna lokalizacja - ładne wnętrze - ładna okolica

Minusy: - brak śniadania w dniu wyjazdu (zapłaciłem za dwie noce, wiec oczekiwałbym dwóch śniadań, a nie jednego) - mieszkanie na pierwszy rzut oka wyglądało na wysprzątane, ale po bliższym przyjrzeniu się na meblach i półkach było sporo kurzu. - łóżko małe i bardzo miękkie

Plusy: Everything was great – the location and parking were perfect, no need to wander around or search for how to get there. The apartment is new, well-equipped, everything works perfectly, and you can find everything you might need – from salt to cooking pots

Minusy: When it comes to cleanliness, it was lacking. It seemed like the cleaning only covered the beds and not much else — there was dust everywhere. Before going to sleep, we had to wipe the bedside tables ourselves (I’m attaching a photo to show how they looked). Also, finding the parking card took quite a while — it was hidden in a box under the TV, underneath the remote controls

Plusy: Parking included, great location, comfy bed, clean, modern and pleasant apartament

Minusy: Although the apartment is well equipped, there were very few supplies, such as no washing powder, no liquid soap to wash hands, only one dishwasher tablet and one roll of toilet paper, empty kitchen. For a 5-day stay, more essentials are expected. I think it would improve the experience to be able to use everything the apartment offers (washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, etc.) without having to buy all the basic supplies yourself when traveling. A deposit is required, and even after paying it, I kept receiving multiple reminders to pay.

Plusy: Absolutely great place in a very central location. Nice service, all is clear and simple. Breakfast included as a very pleasant detail.

Minusy: Some TV furniture needs fixing, but it does not influence quality.

Mixed experience at Grzybowska Luxury Apartment

Plusy: The apartment is aesthetically pleasing and a convenient location with several cozy restaurants in close proximity. The availability of underground parking was also a plus. However, our stay was not without its challenges. The bathroom had slow-running water when we arrived in the evening. Breakfast was delivered to our door, but the selection was poor, and the food quality was disappointing. We'd recommend either cooking your own breakfast or enjoying a meal at a local cafe. There's also a Starbucks nearby, which was a delightful find. In general, the apartment provided everything we needed for a two-day stay. However, some attention to maintenance and breakfast quality would make it even better. Great apartment and great location. Perfect for a business trip

Plusy: The location is perfect. Supermarket across the road. Underground parking available and a very nice area of the city with lots of nice restaurants. The apartment was very clean and fitted out to a high standard. I enjoyed the morning breakfast left at the door every morning.

Minusy: I was there for 2 weeks for work and cooked my own meals, there could have been a few more pots or pans and some more kitchen utensils (like wooden spoon, egg lifter etc).

Plusy: Dzīvoklī pa lielam ir viss nepieciešamais dzīvošanai. Laba lokācija, pieejama pazemes auto stāvvieta.

Minusy: Ievācoties numurā, gultā atradām karsējamās tabakas izsmēķi, tas bija ļoti nepatīkami.

Plusy: Lage gut, ruhiges Gebäude, Zimmer gut beheizt, Ausstattung für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt völlig ok und ausreichend

Minusy: Es war nicht wirklich klar, wie man am Tag der Anreise das Gebäude betreten kann. Der mitgeteilte Türcode hat nicht so richtig funktioniert, zum Glück war aber jemand am Empfang. Der Mitarbeiter hat zwar nur polnisch und kein Englisch gesprochen, aber mithilfe von Online-Übersetzer hat die Verständigung funktioniert. Im Zimmer habe ich dann wirklich nur durch Zufall eine Plastikkarte entdeckt, die laut E-Mail des Gastgebers für den Zugang zur Parkgarage dient. Sie funktioniert allerdings auch für den Eingang - das habe ich mithilfe des Empfangspersonal und Online-Übersetzer herausgefunden. Der Apartment-Schlüssel funktioniert nämlich NICHT am Eingang. Der Boden im Apartment ist billiger Plastikparkett, durch den sich Haare und Kleidung statisch aufladen. Das war ziemlich anstregend, aber für 2 Nächte auszuhalten. Sauberkeit war ausreichend, in einem Hotel hätte ich mich aber beschwert - man hat gesehen, dass geputzt wurde, allerdings wurde der Dreck teilweise nur verwischt, nicht aufgewischt - einer der Gäste vor mir muss lange schwarze Haare gehabt haben, die sind überall geklebt.
