Plusy: Super lokalizacja, cicha kamienica, przestronny apartament z balkonem.

Minusy: Należy wyprać pokrowiec na kanapie, naprawić spłuczkę w toalecie i drzwi w kabinie prysznicowej.

Plusy: Lokalizacja świetna- w samym sercu miasta, dwa oddzielne pokoje, apartament był wyposażony w podrasowane artykuły pierwszej potrzeby - ręczniki, żel pod prysznic, szampon, papier toaletowy, ręcznik papierowy, odrobina płynu do prania, kilka saszetek z kawa i herbatą.

Minusy: Łazienka mogłaby byc odświeżona, klatka schodowa tez raczej niezachęcająca, ale ogólnie mieszkanko bardzo w porządku.

Idealnie

Plusy: Mieszkanie pięknie, z balkonem. Czyste, funkcjonalne, lokalizacja idealna, tylko klatka schodowa do remontu… Ale Mino ta klatkę daje 9/10

Minusy: Klatka schodowa

Plusy: Its our second visit in the same property and one main POI is the prime location in Warsaw old town. The balcony view to old town is a plus.

Minusy: The shower unit slider is broken and its high time they fix this issue. The glass slider can easily fall apart and can cause a lot of damage. The mattress and pillows requires a change. They are not comfortable at all.

Great apartment in an amazing location with a few small easily fixed hiccups

Plusy: The location of the property is amazing. We really loved the balcony that overlooked the old town. The apartment was spacious and comfortable.

Minusy: Several previous reviewers mentioned issues like cobwebs and a stained couch, and unfortunately, those concerns still hadn’t been addressed during our stay. It’s disappointing that the property management company hasn’t taken action based on past feedback. When we arrived, there was no electricity in the apartment. While someone was eventually sent to fix it, it only happened after I contacted them through multiple channels—messaging via the booking platform, sending an email, and finally making a phone call. The following day, the electricity issue resurfaced when plugging in a lamp caused a short circuit. Again, a maintenance person came, but only after I reached out through the same time-consuming process. Communication with the property management could be greatly improved. It would be helpful if they responded promptly to booking messages instead of requiring guests to hunt for contact details and follow up repeatedly.

Plusy: Really good location, in the heart of old town Warsaw but quiet at night. If you're you're visiting Warsaw to see the history etc. this place is perfect. Cheap uber to get across the river to Praga or CBD if you want. Bed was very comfy, studio apartment with stove and dish washer was an added bonus. Views from the balcony were great too. Entry / exit easy with key code.

Plusy: Location, contact with staff, super fast and friendly customer service, balcony.

Minusy: Some items in apartment were a bit outdated but in overall it didn't disturb our stay.
