Plusy: Świetna lokalizacja, przy wejściu do bloku tramwaj autobusowy, minutę dalej tramwajowy. Pieszo do centrum 20 min. Mieszkanie wygodne, zadbane, wszystko co potrzeba było na miejscu

Świetne mieszkanie na Ochocie
Plusy: Wygodnie, ciepło, cicho, czysto, przyjemnie. Duży smart tv na plus. Wygodna łazienka (duży prysznic). Jest wszystko co trzeba. Miło, że była kawa, herbata i woda!
Minusy: Mała lampka nie ma żarówki. Szpatułka do smażenia bardzo brudna. Łóżko dla dwóch osób byłoby trochę wąskie ale dla jednej super.

Plusy: Pomimo niewielkiego mieszkania, było idealne dla dwóch osób. Prysznic i łazienka przestronna,ogromny plus za przygotowanie w większej ilości niezbędnych przyborów toaletowych. Działający smart tv (nie wszędzie jest dostępne). Polecam parom lub przyjaciołom, jest idealny na kilka dni dla dwóch osób.
Minusy: Nie było niczego co czego mogłaby się nie podobać lub przeszkadzać.

Jestem zadowolona.
Plusy: To niewielki apartament ale wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba na dłuższy i krótszy pobyt.
Minusy: Mimo dużej ilości punktów świetlnych, to raczej ciemny apartament. Jeśli trzeba tam przebywać cały dzień to chyba nie polecam ale jeśli wpada się do niego tylko na noc to jest OK

It’s was exactly why we needed for short stay
Plusy: The location was fantastic for what we needed, it was nice and warm, quiet for being next to main road - the window from room goes out to garden. Ground floor so quick and easy entrance. Strong water pressure in the shower :)
Minusy: We got to the wrong building door/gate first - 31a that code works for too and we got a bit confused with that :) the door 31 are more on the left and no gate.

Plusy: It's a nice and cozy apartment. It has everything you might need for a short vacation! The owner is very polite. The owner send us a message with the code that is used at the entrance, and also the code for the key box and the password for a wi-fi in advance, so when we arrived, we already knew everything. The location is good - multiple stores, multiple cafés are around. Also many nice buildings are just ~20-30 minutes of walk away, and the Old Town and the city center is not so far (maybe a 40-50 minutes of walk from the apartment). But it's easy to take a taxi (like bolt or uber) and reach the city center much faster.
Minusy: It's easy to confuse the address and end up in the courtyard of building with \

Plusy: The apartment is beautifully located in an excellent area – peaceful, yet very well connected by trams and buses. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and the apartment itself is comfortable and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. All the essential amenities were provided, and the overall interior was thoughtfully arranged, making it a cozy place to relax after a day in the city.
Minusy: The check-in process was quite stressful. The instructions regarding the key box and entrance were confusing and unclear. The entrance code mentioned in the message didn’t match the actual one (a 4-digit code was mentioned, but a 6-digit was needed - 4'key' are digits that need to be entered before the code), which caused a lot of uncertainty upon arrival. More importantly, I didn’t receive the key box code on time, even though it was supposed to be sent 24 hours in advance. After several costly international calls and long waiting times, I was finally able to get the correct code. Once I managed to open the key box, it was also difficult to unlock the apartment door – only one of the keys worked with one of the locks, and it was extremely hard to turn. Thankfully, a kind neighbor helped me open it. If the check-in procedure is improved and clearer instructions are provided, this apartment would definitely be a top choice. But as it is, the arrival experience made the start of my stay unnecessarily difficult.

Plusy: Good, ample room. Good and not tired kitchen equipment. A lot of various restoraunts and shops around. Bike rent point near about.
Minusy: Door lock needs repair as often stuck
