Rodzinny wypoczynek w Warszawie.
Plusy: Wyjątkowo spędzone 6 dni. Wreszcie trafialiśmy na świetną kwaterę. Duże dwa pokoje, wygodne spanie, niezależna kuchnia wyposażona w niezbędne sprzęty. Można było coś upichcić i nie wąchać zapachów w czasie wypoczynku. Jadalnia, stoły krzesła, tak więc spokojnie można było spożywać posiłki. Dla rodziny czterech dorosłych osób komfortowe warunki, naprawdę dużo przestrzeni, osobna łazienka i toaleta na duży plus. W każdym pokoju telewizor z dostępem do kanałów satelitarnych. Super! Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do komunikacji miejskiej, praktycznie centrum Woli, blisko Ratusz Wola, a zaznaliśmy ciszy i spokoju. No i bardzo ciekawa historia kamienicy. Żeby dobrze spędzić czas nie trzeba apartamentu wyposażonego w stylu Ikea z błyszczącymi kaflami. Naprawdę polecam.
Minusy: Wszystko się podobało.

Przestronne, spokojnie położone super mieszkanie
Plusy: Super przestronne mieszkanie, z dwoma wielkimi pokojami, balkonem i oddzielną kuchnią i łazienką (toaleta i prysznic osobno). W absolutnie cichej okolicy, z widokiem na zielone, a jednocześnie świetnie skomunikowane autobusami i tramwajami. To chyba najlepszy obiekt na booking w WWA, w którym byliśmy. Wiadomo, styl nie jest nowoczesny, ale za to przestrzeń i prywatność, a ponadto ciche położenie robią swoje. Super!

Отличная квартира, с ремонтом и атмосферой 2000х...
Plusy: Наличие посуды для приготовления пищи ,а также столовые приборы Тепло в квартире Чисто Горячая вода Отдельные комнаты Отличное месторасположение Близость супермаркетов и центра Бесконтактный заезд
Minusy: Не очень удобные матрасы на кроватях, обычные пружинные...спать конечно можно, но не очень комфортно.. возможно это только в моем случае)

Plusy: Просторная квартира, очень удобное местоположение. Рядом магазины и обменники, несколько парков. До исторического центра легко можно прогуляться пешком. В квартире есть стиральная машина что очень удобно.

Quiet, tranquil in good location
Plusy: Location was great. Quiet apartment. Reasonably well equipped. Oldish furniture that shows how people lived. Was a nice experience. I would return.
Minusy: First and foremost the bed. Sleeping on springs. Old or worn down cheap ikea mattress. Had to move to sleep on sofa in living room. Also did not like customer service. They were non responsive and dismissive. It's run by a company rather than a home owner. This impacts quality of service for the worst. Less accommodating, less flexible. It's not their home. Cleaning in kitchen could be improved. And yet, even with these shortcomings, the pluses of this property outweigh the minuses UPDATE. As indication of the problematic nature of customer service, here is a followup. They emailed me (on email; not using booking platform) promising a voucher for next time, if I wrote a positive review. This is in and of itself an unscrupulous practice, because it undermines the authenticity of the review process. I told them I also had criticism. They said that was fine. The review score by booking was 8 and I had good things to day. however, they took offence to my dissatisfaction with their service and declared they would not provide the promised voucher. This is precisely the kind of issue you get with a company, or with this company, and confirms my earlier review. The same agent who wrote apologetically about my posted review is the one who refused all possible solutions to the problem of the bad bed. Later trips in Poland with private hosts, after the Warsaw trip, showed a high standard of service and care, and responsiveness. I have learned my lesson to prefer working with private hosts. I think the difference is that private hosts care about the apartments, which are theirs, and about customer relations. A service center, staffed by young adults, working on shifts, cannot provide the same level of care.

Plusy: Довольно просторная квартира. На кухне все есть для готовки. И даже одноразовый чай ,кофе ,сахар ,соль . Постель чистая . Удобный диван и кровати . Задолго до заселения прислали все рекомендации по заселению . Спасибо хозяевам за все удобства.
