Plusy: Piękne mieszkanie, bardzo komfortowe, czysto i cicho. W okolicy mnóstwo kawiarni, śniadaniówki, sklepów :) Bardzo polecam.

Minusy: Niestety bardzo słabo posprzątane mieszkanie i generalnie zaniedbane :( jak za taką cenę powinno być lepiej utrzymane dla komfortu najemców.

bardzo udadny.
Plusy: bardzo fajne miejsce, bezpieczne, spokojne. Życzliwy gospodarz, chociaż go nie widziałem. Dostępny podziemny parking w podziemiach budynku mieszkalnego.
Minusy: nic dodać, nic ująć :) choć brak dostępności do programów telewizyjnych w sytuacji deszczowej pogody obniża nieco ocenę. A może ja nie potrafiłem się zalogować?

Overall, very happy.
Plusy: Lovely, spacious apartment, in a secure, gated apartment complex with clean and tidy communal grounds, stairways/corridors. Friendly owners in other aparments. Air con in main room and bedrooms. Multiple Zabka convenience stores in very close proximity, as well as two lovely coffee shops we frequented during ou stay. Quiet and safe neighbourhood.
Minusy: Outside balcony furniture of questionable design - the seating position was low and pointed downwards, making it very difficult to use. Also, could feel the wooden structure beneath through the seat covers. This meant that we didn't end up using the balcony during our stay, which is a shame as the large, wraparound balcony was quite a big reason we chose the apartmemt. Owing to the detail the owners have gone to the trouble of with the rest of the property, no doubt this is something they will rectify very soon🙏. It is a good 10 to 15 minute taxi ride into the centre of Warsaw, but an Uber generally cost us around 25 to 30 PLN, about £5 to £6, so wasn't a problem in the end.

Cosy, spacious, beautiful, well equipped
Plusy: Great apartment. It’s very beautiful, everything is very well thought through. It has everything you need for a baby (a crib, a feeding chair, there was even a potty). The washing machine has a dryer as well, which is a big plus especially when you travel with a baby. The materials and the equipment used in the apartment aren’t cheap ones as they usually use in apartments dedicated solely for rent. It’s so well equipped, that I’m sure someone lived here before. The stuff were extremely helpful, they left us some very nice welcoming presents and even let us do our check in earlier. We highly recommend this apartment.

Plusy: الشقة نظيفة البلكونه كبيرة ممتازة نظيفة جميع معدات الطبخ متوفرة متوفر فيها حمامين ترتيب راقي ونظيفة طبعا الاستلام عن بعد بالنظام واسعه وجيدة جدا انصح فيها وقريب منها سوبرماركت وكوفي وصيدلية ومستشفى
Minusy: بعيده قليلا عن المولات والمطاعم العربية ومحلات الحلال لكن اللي عنده سيارة أموره طيبة

דירה גדולה, חדשה ומאובזרת בשכונה נעימה ונפלאה - מומלץ בחום!
Plusy: דירת 3 חדרי שינה וסלון מודרנית, מאובזרת, מעוצבת בטעם טוב, פשוט מקסימה, רחבה מאוד, שתי מקלחות, חדרים גדולים, נקי ללא רבב. השכונה אמנם מעט מרוחקת מהמרכז אבל יש טראם כמה דקות הליכה משם. השכונה נעימה, חדישה, יש סופרים גדולים במרחק הליכה, מסעדות, בתי קפה, פשוט הכל. מתחם הבניינים נעים ומשפחתי, תרגישו שאתם התיירים היחידים בין משפחות פולניות ואנחנו ממש אוהבים את ההרגשה!
Minusy: הדבר היחיד שהייתי רוצה לשנות הוא שיפור של ההחשכה בחדרי שינה, לא לכולם זה סופר חשוב אבל אין חושך מוחלט וכשהשמש עולה זה יכול להטריד אם מעט אור מפריע לכם. כל השאר היה מעולה ולגמרי הייתי חוזר וממליץ לאחרים.
