Great but a couple of improvements would've made the stay 5 ⭐
Plusy: The location was brilliant for us. We have family in that part of Warsaw and it was a perfect base to see them from. For exploring the city, we used the tube which is a short walk away. There are lots of convenience stores nearby and a great pizza place.
Minusy: We would have loved to have better coffee making facilities at the apartment and more kitchen utensils (oven gloves, scissors, spatulas etc.) There were only 2 dishwasher tablets provided, which wasn't enough for a 4 day stay. There was not enough toilet roll for the entire stay. Finally, the charge for the apartment was more than expected, suggesting the exchange rate shifted by 9% in the 2 weeks between booking and taking our payment. I don't think that was right.

Overall nice apartment, the company service could have been better.
Plusy: Good location, nice neighborhood, close to metro and public transport. The apartment is renovated, well-equipped and fresh. All the facilities from the description are in place.
Minusy: We requested a baby cot and got it confirmed, however it wasn’t there. It took 2 days for the renting company to deliver it so we had to buy it on our own so the baby could have a place to sleep. It was very disappointing and impacted our overall impression and evaluation. The company apologized after we gave them feedback and we got a 10 % discount for the next stay ( until the end of the year). The cleaning of refrigerator and areas under furniture could have been better. The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning or fun/ ventilator and it has been extremely hot during our stay.

Plusy: Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen located in quiet place. Easy access to public transport, quite a lot shops, bakeries etc. within walking distance.
Minusy: Rented the appartment for 7 days but dishwasher tablets were just 2 it was some kind of weird for me. There were a few issues with cleaning but in genereal it was ok. I'd like to highlight to potential renters that you have to be careful while booking the appartments because you may be charged for cleaning in addition.

Plusy: Дуже комфортна квартира в чудовому новому районі. 5 хв ходьби до метро і до трамвайної зупинки. Зручно добиратися в будь-яку точку міста. Дві окремі спальні, два санвузли, що дуже зручно, коли дві сім'ї. Велика простора вітальня, яка об'єднана з кухнею. На кухні є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Вдячні за чай і каву, цукор, які вже були у кошику) Підземний паркінг дуже зручний, немає проблеми з паркуванням машини. Незважаючи на деякі технічні проблеми з оплатою з нашої сторони, все-таки вдалось заселитися під вечір, за що дуже вдячні. Але було б дуже цінно, якби була можливість зв'язатися з працівником вживу і обговорити питання, а не спілкуватись з ботом.
Minusy: Хотілось би більше косметичних засобів. На 4 особи на 4 дні лише два тюбики шампуню і два тюбики гелю для душу. Довелось купувати)

Plusy: В даному помешкані перебував протягом 10днів, все на оцінку відмінно. Простора квартира, все як на фото. Наступного разу залюбки, поселюся ще раз.
Minusy: В одній із кімнат пораб поміняти матрас, занадто високий і трішки провалюється
