Plusy: The building was new, neat and cosy. There was also a garage. The apartment was comfortable, clean and properly equipped. The area was safe and close to a big mall, a gym with a swimming pool. Tram and train station at walking distance

Plusy: Quiet, recently built, many amenities for a long stay, warm shower, comfy bed, large grocery store is around the corner, close to the airport and the train to the city center. If they just put the customer in the first place, then the property is pretty good.
Minusy: No soap, no shampoo, underwear left on the TV table. Sofa in the living room is damaged and must be replaced, if they want to keep this high price. But support is the weak link: automated, robotic, soulless company copy/paste messages; it took time to explain what's going on; they promised someone will come to fix it - yet no one came for the whole stay. I can only imagine how horrible experience would be if there were issues with the key, with the code, like someone explained in the previous reviews. Cherry on the top: 300 pln for cleaning, which i didn't see when I booked it!!! Watch for it.

Minusy: На 6 человек было всего 2 пары тапочек, немного было неудобно.

Plusy: - Clean, modern apartment that's exactly like the photos. Mostly well-equipped. - YouTube video showing detailed walking directions and check-in procedure was very helpful. - Dedicated parking space in large, easy-to-access underground garage.
Minusy: - Could streamline the communications to guests: you'll receive 7-8 emails from booking.com & the rental company regarding the booking. - The credit card charging is performed by the rental company some time after the booking. If your credit card company rejects the payment, you'll receive an alarming message to pay for the booking using an external payment link or your reservation will be canceled within TWO hours. It's a big hassle and you'll worry at the back of your mind that the message is a scam. : / - Only the living room has an air-con, so each room is unable to set their own temperature. - The coffee machine uses coffee powder, but aluminum coffee capsules are given, so you have to cut open the capsules to use the powder within. >.< - Some laundry detergent/capsules, baking paper, and kitchen towel would be nice. - We were not expecting them, but 2 pairs of bedroom slippers provided for 4 adults, so it was a bit awkward deciding who should get to wear them. Lol...

Plusy: Уютная квартира со свежим ремонтом. Стиральная машина включала в себя сушильный автомат- отличное решение для компактной квартиры. Чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Очень удобный паркинг. Отличная инфраструктура. Близость аэропорта.
Minusy: Высокая цена. Отвратительная обратная связь от менеджмента управляющей компании: более трех часов после оплаты и подтверждения бронирования не приходила информация для self-check-in. Из-за этого был вынужден ждать и смог заселиться лишь после 18:00. Огорчен таким обстоятельством, ведь ранее неоднократно арендовал жилье у этой компании. В квартире была кофемашина, но для нее были предусмотрены капсулы, ей не подходящие конструктивно:)

Plusy: Прекрасный интерьер, свежий ремонт. Вся необходимая техника для комфортного проживания (микроволновка, духовка, чайник, кофемашина, посудомойка, кондиционер, стиральная машина с сушилкой, утюг и пылесос. К квартире идёт паркоместо (это огромный плюс для людей на машине). Отличная транспортная развязка. Поблизости все нужные магазины.
Minusy: Пару замечаний по поводу подушек (они были не очень удобные) и был неудобный диван.
