Plusy: Lokalizacja na pewno na plus, blisko do EXXPO oraz do PKP Warszawa Zachodnia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem oraz obszerna i wyczerpująca instrukcja dostania się do mieszkania. W godzinach przedpołudniowych słońce powoli wpadało do mieszkania i tak do zachodu słońca co sprawiało, że było więcej światła w środku i samopoczucie też stawało się lepsze. Mieszkanie było bardzo dobrze doposażone, nie brakowało mi niczego a gdybyś zapomniał/a szamponu do mycia to pod prysznicem właściciel przygotował dwa dozowniki z owym szamponem.

Minusy: Minusem na pewno jest, to że mieszkanie jest podzielone na dwa mniejsze i w przypadku głośniejszych sąsiadów może być to problem, lecz mnie to na szczęście nie spotkało :)

Plusy: Ładny pokój z widokiem na Warszawę. Wygodne łóżko, duży prysznic.

Minusy: Brak klimatyzacji

Pobyt był przyjemny, chociaż obsługa zamków mogłaby być prostsza.

Plusy: Wnętrze było bardzo ładnie urządzone, nowoczesny i stylowy wystrój zrobił świetne wrażenie.

Minusy: System z kodami na klamkach był dość zagmatwany i wprowadzał trochę zamieszania.

Nice

Plusy: - clean - the style of the apartment (very modern) - the staff (contact) - amazing view - very nice building and area a lot of shops, restaurants and bakeries around - easy access using codes (don’t need to worry about keys) - equipment and amenities

Minusy: - the lamp above the table is too low, both of us hit our heads against it many times. Was afraid at some point that someone will get hurt or the lamp will fall and break - thin walls, apartment is divided into two. It creates a bit less private space as you can hear everything happening behind the wall

good short time stay

Plusy: Good location(shops, public transport, restaurants), apartment equipped with relatively new furniture and has everything needed for short stay, there was bottled water and tea/coffee when I arrived ( Thanks host! ), good internet, great view from 21st floor, good fast elevator, responsive and helpful host

Minusy: - the access in the apartment is a lil bit complex, you need to enter 3 separate 4-5 digits codes ( with regular key it will be much easier). One to enter building, second to enter a vestibule, and finally the last - apartment. Entering the Vestibule was most complex, the door lock working strange and confusing, its easy to misspress digits. - no balcony (when I made booking I havent realised that apartment does not have balcony) - its not an issue of the host / apartment - just maybe it should be described better on the booking website - host sent check-in instructions just before my arrival in the apartment, I actually havent had enough time to check them carefully or clarify - sound isolation between two hosts apartment could be better, I had luck my neighbours were pretty quiet all of this is just small notation, still put 9 for this stay, cs everything suma sumarum was actually pretty good

Plusy: The apartment was very clean, modern, and tastefully furnished. A big advantage was the large number of lights, which made the space feel bright and cozy, as well as the very comfortable bed. The view over Warsaw was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The bathroom was also very nice, featuring a spacious shower.

Minusy: Unfortunately, the air conditioning worked inconsistently — sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. There was also no possibility to open the window. Additionally, the apartment is divided into two separate rooms, which may limit privacy for some guests.
