Plusy: Location, flat distribution and easy communication

Minusy: Everything was good

Great for short stays, insufficiently equipped for longer stays

Plusy: We stayed for 6 weeks with our two young daugthers. This is a spacious well lit apartment, with a nice modern bathroom. Great location next to a park, 10 min walk to the old town, 20 min walk to the Palace of Culture. Many bus and tram stops within 5-10 min walk. Elevator was useful given that the apartment is on the 4th floor. Nice view on the park from the balcony, could see the Palace of Culture and main business district on the other side of the park. Large main bedroom with lots of storage - wardrobes, shelves, etc.

Minusy: Not 89m2 as advertised. Given the apparent dimensions it would be 70m2 at most, if including the balcony. Broken window-door to the balcony in the large bedroom. Living room very poorly furnished: unstable chairs around the table, no coffee table, cheap click-clack sofa-bed as an uncomfortable couch, useless unconnected sound system that seems to be there to just look good in the pictures but take place for nothing, only a few local channels on TV and glitchy system that kept changing the channels by itself, the eating table was wobbly (they had to send a technician to tighten the screws which slightly improved the situation). The kitchen was relatively poorly equipped - not enough and mismatched cutlery/coffee mugs/glasses, no toaster, no kitchen scissors (they brought us a cheap pair of sewing scissors when we asked), no serving spoon and other kitchen essentials, no stool chairs for the little table in the kitchen.

Very large comfortable apartment in the middle of action

Plusy: This is a very large apartment on the 4th floor. Large balcony. Excellent location, by the Saski park and close to the Theatre square. Many good restaurants and a public bike station within a few minutes of walking. Trams, metro and buses 5 minutes away. Tasty and inexpensive breakfast in a nearby restaurant (Meeting point stop cafe) that is part of the Orlen conglomerate.

Minusy: At times the elevator was stuck. Blinds are not dark enough.

Plusy: Апартаменти дуже просторі, із зручним розташуванням, що спонукає до прогулянок. Обладнані необхідною технікою. Поруч є кафе, магазини. Чисто, зручно.

Good apartment for a family stay

Plusy: The location is about 20 minutes away on foot from the Warsaw Central train station. There are a few grocery shops around. The apartment is pretty close to the historic city center (~10-15 mins walk). I loved that the internet was good, so I could work. Each room has a solid door, which help to reduce the noise. There is an elevator. Super helpful to be able to use a washing machine or enjoy a bath. Tons of storage. Lots of bedding and towels. The heating is easily controlled. Each room has a place to accomodate 2 people.

Minusy: The apartment could use some minor repairs (light bulbs replacement, shower head fix), paint touch ups and caulking. There was no microwave in the apartment. Not many pans, frying pans, etc to cook for the family. I always have payment problems with US credit card payments to Renters, so have to use a PL/EU card to pay.

Plusy: Большая квартира с хорошей планировкой , очень удобно разнесены комнаты . Кухня отдельно . Постельное белье чистое и выглаженное .

Minusy: Квартира несколько уставшая и уже требует ремонта . Мебель в зале старая , но все рабочее . В ванной плохо работал душ/кран, ванна отличная по площади есть стиральная машинка
