Plusy: Obiekt dobrze wyposażony, wygodny, czysty. Właściwie jest w nim wszystko, co potrzeba. Mieszkanie jest w doskonałej lokalizacji, podczas mojego pobytu było bardzo cicho. Brak przypisanego parkingu, ale w okolicy jest sporo płatnych miejsc parkingowych.

Minusy: Słaba jakość deski do prasowania i suszarki na pranie, co nie stanowi jakiegoś wielkiego problemu, ale jednak nieco irytuje.

Plusy: We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, which made our stay really pleasant. The location is excellent — very close to public transport stops, yet situated in a quiet area near several parks and small shops. It offers the perfect balance between convenience and peaceful surroundings. The apartment was well-equipped and matched the photos exactly. Everything met our expectations. The only minor downside was that the walls are quite thin, so occasionally you can hear noise from neighboring apartments. Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely choose this accommodation again on our next visit to Warsaw.

Plusy: The location was amazing. I loved the neighbourhood; it was a great experience to spend time in the nearby coffee shops. It was easy to access the home, and the instructions from the company were very good. The apartment itself contains everything you might need. Everything was very handy; most importantly, the apartment was super clean—I felt very comfortable. I don't think you'll find anything missing in the kitchen; it is super‑equipped. The sofa was comfortable, there was enough space to live, and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. Everything was very nice; the accommodation was prepared with the guest’s comfort and needs in mind, and its great location also made this stay very good. Politechnika is about 10 minutes away and Central is about 20 minutes on foot, and the surrounding area has great facilities; it was an elite neighbourhood. And there were also trams, buses, and a metro nearby, making public transport very easy.

Minusy: I had a problem with the toilet drain from the beginning, but I couldn’t understand whether it was normal or if there was an actual issue. Since I didn’t spend much time in the apartment, I didn’t have time to deal with it and just managed. After I left, I learned that there was a deposit deduction due to a blocked drain repair. Maybe I should have informed them earlier during my stay; I would have been more comfortable then, but it was still okay. So if anyone experiences something like this, they should inform the host immediately so the problem can be taken care of.

Сподобалось, але є неприємні моменти

Plusy: Сподобалось місцерозташування, в також те, що тиха вулиця. Дійсно близько до трамваїв, автобусів та метро. Помешкання було чистим, затишним. Поклали вітальні гостинці у вигляді печива, чаю та кави. Також були таблетки для посудомийки, гель для миття посуду, капсула для прання, мило та гелі і звісно ж чисті рушники в достатній кількості.

Minusy: Дуже не сподобалось те, що після оплати на букінгу мені довелось заплатити ще 500 злотих вже через сайт компанії, що здає в оренду це житло. На букінгу про це не було написано ані слова і звісно ж я не знав про додаткову оплату у кількості 500 злотих. І лише після сплати я отримав інструкцію як заселитись. Також двері дуже сильно пропускають звук з під'їзду і сильно чути як ходять сусіди, та кричать малі діти з самого ранку і вночі. Це може бути як 5 година ранку, так і 1 година ночі.

Plusy: Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly and responsive. Everything you need is available there. You need to buy dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent pods, if you stay longer than 3 days.

Minusy: If the sofa bed was a real bed, it would have been even better. But it was comfortable.
