Wszystko było w porządku. Świetna komunikacja z obsługą obiektu.

Minusy: If the check-out time could be later, it would be more convenient.

Plusy: We liked the location — the apartment is spacious, the neighbors didn’t bother us, there’s a bus stop not far from the apartment, and everything we needed was close by. The location is definitely a big plus! We also liked the housekeeper — we met her before check-in and again during check-out. She cleaned the place well and was quite friendly. \t1.\tAll the dishes were clean and there were plenty of them — that’s awesome! \t2.\tThere’s a cool electric kettle in the kitchen with a temperature control, a large and convenient kitchen sink, plenty of trash bags were provided, and all the necessary cleaning supplies and dish soap were available. \t3.\tThe bathtub is large and comfortable — it even fits two people. There’s an iron, a washing machine, a fridge, a TV, a big wardrobe, and huge beautiful mirrors. The beds and sofa beds are comfortable, the armchairs are cozy, and there’s a big table (glass top, not fixed to the legs).

Minusy: 1.\tThe apartment has three separate rooms, but only one of them had fabric blinds — be careful, they fall out along with the curtain rod. Overall, the light made it hard to sleep. \t2.\tThe apartment is old, and the floor creaks a lot. The room doors are also old, with poor locks and handles. It needs some renovation. The kitchen has a broken table and no microwave. \t3.\tThere is no shower curtain in the bathroom. The toilet flush doesn’t work well — you have to press it twice to stop the water.

Plusy: Локация, виды транспорта которыми можно добраться до центра города и главных объектов города (автобусы, самокаты BOLT). Сама локация находится в прекрасном месте, около 15 минут ходьбы и ты находишься в центре города где можно вкусно поесть и выпить. Так же до продуктового магазина около 5 минут ходьбы.

Geräumige Wohnung in toller Lage

Plusy: Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig mit 4 Zimmern (2 echten Schlafzimmern, 2 Wohnzimmer) mit einem Doppelbett und drei ausklappbaren Sofas mit je 2 Schlafplätzen. Es gibt eine helle Küche mit Sitzecke, ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Die Lage im Grünen mit vielen öffentlichen Bussen in der Nähe in einem besseren Viertel der Stadt ist ausgezeichnet. Die Verwaltung war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns vorzeitig in die Wohnung gelassen, auch die kurzfristige Umbuchung lief problemlos, der Eigentümer war sehr verständnisvoll.

Minusy: Die Wohnung ist etwas altmodisch gestatltet, es gibt einige (nicht sehr wesentliche) Unzulänglichkeiten (fehlender WC-Schlüssel, kein Duschvorhang).
