Piękne mieszkanie

Plusy: Jest to najładniejsze i najczystsze mieszkanie w Warszawie jakie do tej pory wynajmowaliśmy! Bardzo dziękujemy 🙂

Plusy: Ciepłe, czyste, zadbane, wygodne, piękne mieszkanie. Wszędzie jest jasno, dzięki dobremu i pomysłowemu oświetleniu. Mieszkanie jest bardzo ciche, okna wychodzą na podwórko. Łóżko w sypialni jest bardzo wygodne i duże. W każdym pomieszczeniu lustro (!), duży i wygodny brodzik. Lokalizacja jest doskonała. Dookoła sklepy, puby i restauracje. Poza tym blisko jest do przystanku tramwajowego/autobusowego.

Minusy: Zapchana umywalka, półka na kosmetyki pod prysznicem bardzo wysoko, wysoko wieszak na ubrania, drążek z wieszakami w szafie bardzo wysoko (nie byłam w stanie powiesić ubrań), tępe noże, brak płynu do zmywania i tabletek do zmywarki (w udogodnieniach wpisana zmywarka), bardzo niewygodne krzesła barowe (uniemożliwiało to wygodne spożywanie posiłków), brak stołu.

I liked it a lot.

Plusy: Very nice location, there is an elevator that works. All consumables, such as detergent for the dishwasher were there.

Minusy: I'm being a little picky but don't forget I gave it a nine. Bed sheets were very warm (synthetic?). Towels were very worn and smelled as if not enough detergent had been used to wash them. The drain in the shower was clogged. The shower dripped (tips: close the glass shower door to prevent splashing onto the bathroom floor proper; close the bathroom door to get rid of the dripping sound). There were plates and simple glasses in the kitchen, but wine/beer glasses were a motley bunch, broken over the years and never replaced. The lights in the living room were either too strong or too white. I was unable to navigate the TV set and STB.

Plusy: I like the coziness of the property. Good design, comfortable and amazing location

Plusy: The apartment itself was great, well equipped, good location in a quiet neighborhood.

Minusy: There were a few negative things I need to highlight: 1. The email I received when I made the reservation was saying that I would receive instructions on how to access the apartment about a week in advance. I did not receive anything until I sent them a message the night before and reminded them to share the information. 2. We booked the apartment for 3 adults but the beds were prepared only in the bedroom, for 2 people. I would expect the bed linen for the 3rd person to be prepared next to the sofa in the living room, but we had to search for it and found it in the wardrobe. 3. There is a bar/restaurant in the building, facing the street. When they were closing in the late night (it was a weekend), they were taking out the garbage to the containers located in the inner courtyard (where our windows were oriented) and they made a lot of noise when throwing the glass bottles. It was around 2 am.

A quiet hideaway in the city center

Plusy: Central location, very quiet in an inner yard, nice old house with high ceilings, thick walls and beautiful wooden floors, good quality bed and sofa, full kitchen, elevator. A near perfect place for a short stay in Warsaw city center.

Minusy: Upon entrance there was a quite strong smell of some cleaning products, but it went away later. I’d add some spotlights for reading/soft evening light and maybe a chair or two. Not much to complain about, really.
