Plusy: Wspaniały obiekt i przede wszystkim przewspaniała obsługa w osobie Pani Laury. Genialny apartament, bardzo wygodne łóżko i piękny widok na Stare Miasto.

Minusy: Latający kran w wannie, brak możliwości regulacji temperatury wody w kabinie prysznicowej na zimną lub bardzo zimną.

Było wspaniale chętnie odwiedzę jeszcze raz

A fantastic apartment in the old town but some booking misunderstandings

Plusy: Great location from which to explore the old town. Excellent apartment - spacious, very comfortable beds in both bedrooms, top-of-the-line appliances, very clean, nice decor, lots of natural light, located on the first floor. Easy check-in, with the property manager meeting us on arrival. The property manager was very friendly, responsive and attentive to any requests.

Minusy: There was only one problem. We wanted an apartment located in the old town market and were under the impression that this was what we booked. The address on our Booking.com booking is Rynek Starego Miasta 5 (i.e., Old Town Market No. 5), and the photos showed a view of the market. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the location was on a side street (very close to the market). The property manager stated that this was what we booked and that the photos shown are from various apartments, not from the specific one, which would be nice to know in advance. This was disappointing, as we had specifically chosen this apartment for its location in the market. In hindsight, it would have made sense to confirm that we were getting what we wanted before we made the payment. This is why the rating is 8; otherwise, it would be 10.

Plusy: Excellent location in the heart of the old town and very helpful staff.

Plusy: nice apartments, value for money, attention to design details, warm, beautiful, festive, it was a good time for our vacation, so that we would not freeze Laura is a good manager, she organized a quick check-in for us. We are happy)

Excellent apartment in the heart of Warsaw old town

Plusy: The apartment is right on the old town square with views into the square (we were in flat 6 with 3 bedrooms). It is nicely furnished, light and airy with huge windows. There are two bathrooms and a kitchen, plus a spacious living / dining area. The crockery, cutlery, glasses and pans were good quality. The beds were very comfortable. Our host was great, very helpful with booking taxis on our departure.

Minusy: The kitchen had a stove and oven but not much to cook with - no casserole dishes, grater, paring knife, mixing bowl or extra dishes to store things in the fridge. Only one tea towel was provided (and no oven gloves) so I asked for another, which was delivered promptly. I like to cook so I book a place with a kitchen but it was not so easy to cook much in this kitchen.

Great spot for a few days to experience Old Town in Warsaw

Plusy: Great location, clean and well appointed. Washing machine was much appreciated.

Minusy: Gosh, I had to climb some stairs but you know, fitness.

Plusy: Spacious apartment, with all needed comforts, looking into the main pedestrian street and at walking distance from all major sightseeing places. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful too, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Minusy: Nothing, all was great.

Plusy: A warm welcome from the owner of the apartment, who is characterized by a cheerful spirit. The location of the apartment is excellent in the middle of the old city and in a quiet area.
